super nice toner

i love this toner. it was recommended by james welsh he uses this in between steps for his “wet routine”. and i do wake up to calmer skin. i love the spray it has so i don’t have to pour it out on my hands like traditional toners. it is just a nice simple toner i often reach for when i want to do a lazy routine.
